||Australian brewer Endeavour Vintage Beer Co and Applejack Hospitality have collaborated to brew new life into the former King’s Head Hotel in Sydney’s colonial heartland, The Rocks.
Inspired by the building’s long history of publican life, the team including Endeavour Vintage Beer Co. founder Ben Kooyman and Applejack’s Hamish Watts and Ben Carroll opened Endeavour Tap Rooms, a brewery, bar and restaurant.
The venue will be the first ever location for Endeavour Vintage Beer Co.’s own brewery and will follow the brands unique philosophy of using all-Australian, seasonally-harvested ingredients with no preservatives. The restaurant menu will lend itself to the exceptional beers on tap and will offer a range of smoked produce from the land and sea, which will be served feast-style and accompanied with vibrant salads and house-made sauces. Using the on-tap beer and ferments will also play a key role in the kitchen.
